Being stuck at 184 for like two weeks. Not just stuck there... but working my ass off to get away from 184 and I just keep seeing it over and over and over. It is like freak'n ground hog day! I know this is normal... but that doesn't make it any less frustrating. It is especially frustrating because I have seen 180 before and I just can't seem to get back there. I want to get to that 80 lb mark so bad... but no, my body just doesn't want to budge.
Anywho... keep on keep'n on. I have some time off the end of this week and will be enjoying my free time... hopefully a few lbs lighter... I am just saying. At least I don't look like this anymore!

I love how everyone gets blonder as they get thinner. I wonder if I will too.
Plateaus suck. Just keep at it and you'll see the other side in no time. A good way to shake things up a bit is to add a short second exercise session to your day. For example, if you normally go to the gym in the morning, also go for a 20-30 minute walk in the evening after dinner.
I so feel your pain. I was stuck at 184 for two months. But since the beginning of June I am down to almost 176. 4 pounds a month only but it is 8 pounds less of me. I had to get a fill for the scale to move though.
OMG - I have been stuck at 188 for weeks!!! Let's move the scale
