Good job owning up on what's going on...now pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and start fresh with good choices, you can do it :)
Food is meant to be enjoyed. If you are abusing it and not enjoying it, that may be worth exploring. If not, have fun with it, and tomorrow (or Monday, don't rush the weekend!) move onto working your band for weight loss. You already know you can do that, no big deal.
