It is week 17 and I lost another
1 lb this week. It seems like things have really slowed for me and that means I need to get more serious about my weight loss. I am going to try to crank up the work outs and be religious about my eating this week. I would like another 3 lb week There is no question my eating has been less than amazing the past couple weeks. I am terrific during the week but then it falls apart on the weekends. No excuses this week.

I am moving at a snail's pace this week too. 1 pound since Sunday's weigh in.
We need to come up with a scale dance that helps it move faster ;)
