Feeling Pretty Darn Great!

So far my restriction is A+. I ate a Cliff bar this morning, it took me about 45 minutes and I stayed full for quite a while. I just finished my lunch of 1.5 ounces of chicken and I am stuffed. I also brought some greek yogurt which I will have to eat later. I am for sure tight, but so far not too tight. I did struggle with the chicken and probably will have to stick to softer foods before dinner.

I am just very pleased that I am getting full and staying full. I am also pleased that I can eat solids at all. I was so worried I was going to be way too tight. So far so good. Hope you all are having an awesome super terrific hump day!

P.S. What do you guys usually do about breakfast? I have a hard time with lots of breakfast foods.

Yay! I am unable to eat anything before 10:30 or 11am so I stick to coffee for breakfast. Sometimes If I'm really starving I'll try to eat about 1/2 of a protein bar at 10:30 or so. Usually with the coffee and water, I'm all set till lunch.

I usually do cottage cheese or greek yogurt for breakfast. I find that they go down pretty easily for me in the mornings.

I have about 1/4 cup of oatmeal with chopped almonds and walnuts and blueberries. Very yummy and goes down well.

coffee, 1 scrambled egg and turkey bacon. It keeps me full forever. I drink a little coffee first. Sounds like you are doing awesome!

That's great! It really is hard to get something big in within the first 3 or so hours of waking up. I sometimes do a milky yogurt smoothie (I should put protein powder in but don't), sometimes I just have a chocolate milk, liquids mostly.
