I am 6 weeks post-op today and
30 lbs down! I lost
4.2 lbs this week. I didn't think I would make it to the 30 lb mark by today, but I am happy I did. I even got a bonus .2 lbs to add to that 30. I swear to God, adding in more calories and carbs knocked off another 1.5 lbs over night.
